Everything we do is prepared fresh and cooked at the last possible time so as to provide a meal at peak flavor.  We prefer to meet with our clients and review their desires to form the exact meal they are looking for.  All services are custom designed to the client’s wishes.  Our services range from delivered hot or cold in containers to full on staffed events with Linens, glassware, flatware, Buffet Tables, Plated and served meals or any other environment the client desires. We have served Bagged lunches for 3000 guests to elegant private meals for 4 in homes.  No event is too small.  Anything above 3000 bagged lunches might be a bit large but less than that we can provide services.
